This series is an all-levels yoga series. I will provide guidance and options to help you level up or level down your practice based on how you are feeling each time you step on your mat!

This is a vinyasa yoga practice which means it is an active yoga practice designed to heat the body to release tension, stress and anxiety.
This vinyasa yoga practice is for hips and is focused on strength and mobility in the hips. Preparing your body for a day working in the garden with a mindful yoga practice can help prevent injury by waking up the tissues.
