Join me for this free 8 part mini class series “Sun Salutations Deep Dive”.

This is a powerful and foundational sequence of movements that you will find in a wide variety of yoga classes. Traditionally used to warm the body at the beginning of an Ashtanga or Vinyasa (flow) style of practice.

This series will break down each posture in detail. You will learn the alignments, queuing used to describe how to embody the posture, modifications for each practitioner to adjust it safely to your body, and the breathwork that leads to the sequence of movements.
