This is an active 60 minute vinyasa yoga flow class designed to help warm and strengthen the body to prepare you for your day in the garden. Gardening is a full body activity that can easily cause injury if the body is not warmed up and ready to go.
This is an all-levels practice with beginner to intermediate intensity. Traditionally this practice is called a Vinyasa but also is know as a “flow style” yoga class. Expect to get warm and a little sweaty.
All you need is a yoga mat and optional yoga blocks to assist you in practice. Enjoy!
